LIBRARY POLICY

In order to efficiently serve school needs, the library staff requires planning and preparation time. Therefore, we request that teachers observe the following requirements:

Please book the library at least two working days in advance for whole class or large group use.

Please meet with the librarian and fill out a teacher/librarian collaboration form and supply a list of topics. Also, let us know when you give an assignment that requires the entire class to find information on the same topic.

Kindly accompany your classes and have them enter the library silently.

You may send an individual or a few students without prior notice. However:

Students may not enter the library during class time without a pass/written permission from their scheduled teachers.

Students will be sent back to class if there is no space or if we have a scheduling conflict.
